Description
Photograph of the interior of the church at Warner Hot Springs that Ramona attended after her marriage, 1896. There is a white altar at center decorated with flowers and ribbons. In front of the altar there is a wooden support post, and on the white adobe wall on either side of the altar are several framed pictures. Ramona was a Cahuilla Indian upon whom Helen Hunt's novel Ramona was based.
