State Senator Diane Watson's Council on Youth sponsored a rally at MacArthur Park in commemoration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., followed by a march to City Hall where Mayor Tom Bradley greeted marchers at noon and proclaimed Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day in Los Angeles. Many entertainers and celebrities were expecteed to participate. Pictured is Cassandra Bullard of Los Angeles, during prayers for Dr. King.
