They are, from left, Laurie Richter, Miss Winnetka; developer Irwin Poulter; Henry Gleed, Reseda Chamber of Commerce president; Harvey Parkinson, Canoga Park Chamber of Commerce president; City Councilman Tom Shepard; L. A. County Supervisor Warren Dorn; R. P. Wesley, Winnetka Chamber of Commerce president, and kneeling, architect David Clark. The new complex of buildings will be located at 20150 Sherman Way in the Winnetka area."
