Kashnor notes,"This shows the coast reaching north of Queen Charlotte's Islands." Vancouver Island not shown. Text block lower right: The Continent and Islands of N. America are divided and possessed as follows, viz. Shows divisions by Britain, United States, France, Spain, Dutch, and Denmark. East and West Florida, New Orleans, Louisiana listed as belonging to Spain. Note half way up Baja California: Isthmus cover'd in the Spring tides w.ch made it imagined that California was an Island. Prime meridian: Ferro. Relief: pictorial. Graphic Scale: Paces, leagues, miles. Projection: Pseudocylindrical. Printing Process: Copper engraving. Other Features: Table. Verso Text: MS note: No. 7.
