A Quaker Oats sponsored parade float, in the shape of a Japanese pagoda, will participate in the Rose Parade that is to be held in just two days' time. College kids scramble to glue blooms on the float, which is housed in a Pasadena city warehouse for the time being. Photograph dated December 30, but no year has been given.
