An elderly man sits on a stool examining a potted cactus plant the man is viewing the plant through what appears to be a small magnifying glass. The plant rests atop a stool opposite the man, in a large round pot - it is a unique plant, in that its base is full of visible spikes, while it top appears to be smooth. Both man and plant are surrounded by numerous other un-potted cacti plants, that nearly overshadow the building in the background.
