Photograph caption dated November 14, 1964 reads "Outdoor Christmas decorations, a feature of the 10th annual 'Festival of the Chimes' at the Congregational Church of Chimes, Van Nuys, are arranged by Mmes. Hugh Slate, Studio City, front; Fred Young, Van Nuys, and Harold Ginsberg, North Hollywood." The church, at 14115 Magnolia Boulevard, is actually in Sherman Oaks.
