Description
"The major tenants are about to move in or are already at it in the Northgate Shopping Center in North Sacramento ... This aerial view shows the first phase of what is to be a $2.5 million shopping center at the southwest corner of Northgate Boulevard and El Camino Avenue. This phase covers about 50,000 square feet and later phases are expected ultimately to raise the shopping area to 200,000 square feet on 45 acres. Major tenants in the buildings shown will be the Bank of America, Lucky Stores, Inc., and Rexall Drugs ... It is being developed by the Cal-Ida Northgate Development Company for owner William B. Cusack of Menlo Park. The architect is Kenneth C. Rickey of Rickey & Brooks, Sacramento. The contractor is the Erickson Construction Company, also of Sacramento"
