Description
Weekly sanitary inspection is held as housewives pull their cots out between the barracks at Santa Anita Race Track on June 25, 1942. The one-room frame houses fill the vast parking area. This row between houses was dubbed "Seabiscuit Avenue" after the famous race horse.
