Photograph caption dated July 22, 1958 reads "San Fernando Det. Sgt. Harry Phillips gingerly handles anti-tank rocket found by unidentified boy. Market operator Mrs. Louise Fernandez called police when boy entered store carrying missile. Army's 551st Bomb Disposal Squad was called to take it to Ft. MacArthur."
