Description
Letter dated June 8, 1937 from A.S. Kozman of Cook's Oil Company, Oakland, located at 1350 Powell Street, to City Librarian John B. Kaiser. The letter describes the fees for heating oil to be paid by the Oakland Public Library. A map on the left side of the stationery shows the San Francisco Bay Area from Walnut Creek to Watsonville.
