Photograph was edited for publication purposes The Botana Medical Building came to be known as the Toluca Lake Medical Center, located at 3808 Riverside Drive in Burbank. Owned by Joseph Botana and built by Charles Wormhoudt, the medical building opened in 1965 and was sold to an investment company in 1980. Photograph caption dated December 19, 1963 reads, "Owner - developer Joseph Botana, left, and model Sussanne Douglas and Dallas Williams, city councilman of Burbank, turn the first shovel of dirt at the Botana Medical Building groundbreaking ceremonies."
