Description
Comdr. Fred Clark, left, of Blue Devils Post, No. 368, of the American Legion presents the manual of arms award to Cadet Sergeant Sam Alessi, who accepted the award for Raul Alvarado, Lincoln High School student, who was honored for being the most proficient in the manual arms in competition, on March 20, 1946. Next to Clark are Lieut. Col. Robert A. McMillan and Major John B. Clark, At extreme right is Chic Chirhart, holding the medal which will be worn by Alvarado.
