Shows portions of the Southern Pacific Railroad, Grand Avenue, First Street, Bristol Road, and lands belonging to E. R. Erbs. An area on the upper right corner is labeled "School (D-29-323)," and rectangular area between First Street and the Southern Pacific Railroad is labeled as, "Abandoned (by Deed 166-85)."
