Description
2,000 Bay Area unemployed workers, members of "Kelly's Army," pitch their tents in the Southern Pacific sandlot. They were eventually driven from the city by a force of deputized citizens. S.P. shops, Station A power station, and sign for Valley Seed Co. in background.
