Judge Tom Coakley, Republican candidate for attorney general, speaks to an audience of Pacific Gas and Electric employees. Shermer L. Sibley, vice president and general manager, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, introduces Coakley. Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) sponsored this nonpartisan series of political forums for the thousands of PG&E employees in northern and central California.
