Description
A large group of armed Contra soldiers sit on a wagon hauled by a white tractor while they travel on a road at El Porvenir Farm, located two kilometers from the Honduras-Nicaragua border. The tractor is being driven by a man in civilian clothes wearing a red and white cap. There are three Contra soldiers sitting in the front of the tractor, the one on the right is wearing a red beret and the ones in the middle and left are wearing black berets. The rest of the Contras are all wearing caps. The tractor reads, "David Brown Selectomatic 990." The men in uniform are all members of the Nicaraguan Democratic Force (FDN in Spanish), whose members are known informally as "Contras."
