Photograph caption dated February 8, 1989 reads, "Buckled, broken construction crane lies on its side yesterday after toppling through the roof of a building next to 2015 E. 15th St. Apparently, the crane tipped over while lifting a cement block. Fire investigators said the apparatus cut through electric wires and smashed water lines from which two inches of water gushed. No injuries were reported."
