The map shows the additions -- Monroe, Banana, Ocean View, Browns, Studebaker, E.F. Spence, Pacific View, Crescent, M-PB&C and Pasadena. Also shows the railways -- the Pacific Electric, Southern Pacific, and Santa Fe. It was produced by C.E. Slosson, Dealer in Real Estate, Monrovia February 1904 compiled from records and surveys by H.C. Miller, City Engineer. Original Streets names of White Oak, Banana and Falling Leaf are shown. Prepared by H.C. Miller, Monrovia City Engineer, Feburary 1904, and distributed by C.E. Slosson to Real Estate clients.
