Shocking News from December 1974. Cover photos show San Jose Earthquakes forward Paul Child, defender Mark Demling, and midfielder Johnny Moore. Contents include an update on the Earthquakes post 1974 outdoor season and pre 1975 indoor season, an announcement that the North American Soccer League has granted San Jose the championships for both the indoor and outdoor season due to the Quakes averaging 17,000 fans per game at Spartan Stadium, a list of Aftershocks social events including a Kids Snow Bunny Weekend in Tahoe and a Pre-Outdoor Season Kick-Off Dance at Napredak Hall; and a list of discounted air fares offered to members of the Aftershocks Booster Club.
