Description
Lease describes agreement for six acres on the G. M. Dominguez allotment east of Wilmington Avenue. The lease is for the 1938 calendar year with a yearly rent of $200. Handwritten annotation reflects a decrease in the acreage leased from 8 to 6 acres. Additional text is stricken relating to sub-leasing and additional text is added at the end of the contract in relation to sub-leasing and proof of citizenship requirements for the execution of the land lease as company policy; this requirement is relevant to the Alien Land Act of California. The document is signed by Sujishi and the company.
