Description: Exterior view of a Boyle Heights 2-story tenement house, located at 1719 Pleasant Avenue and built by property O.J. Beeson in 1911. The structure was demolished circa 1999 and replaced with the Mariachi Plaza Station, part of the Los Angeles Metro Rail system.
