"Shelton's Camp July 4, 1905. 12 logs, 30,000 ft, Sugar Pine." "Ed Shelton" Shelton's Camp was a short distance south east of Lyonsville. "Ed Shelton poses with 30,000 board board of sugar pine in twelve logs that his crew got out of the woods for a Fourth on July display at Lyonsville in 1905." (notes added by Bill Shelton: "Ed Shelton buried at Lyonsville")
