Opened on June 10, 1938, by the Hollywood Turf Club, Hollywood Park was renamed Betfair Hollywood Park on March 13, 2012. It was a thoroughbred and standardbred race course. The racetrack was closed after the final race on December 22, 2013.
Photograph caption date stamped June 6, 1961 reads "Wonder Y Ranch's Sea Orbit, with Angel Valenzuela up, will defend his championship in the $20,000 added Golden State Breeders Handicap Thursday at Hollywood Park." Hollywood Park is in Inglewood.
