Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated October 23, 1961 reads "Coaches Cay Hall (seated) and Chuck Spearman talk to member (sic) of Nikes, junior Hi-Y football team, in one of spacious rooms of $125,000 Mid-Valley YMCA building which will be dedicated Sunday at 3 p.m. at 6901 Lennox Ave., Van Nuys. Structure, first of four buildings, has five meeting rooms, 245-seat assembly room, offices, kitchen, rest rooms and storage space. Taking part in dedication ceremonies will be Dr. Douglas Tiffany, president of the Van Nuys Ministerial Association; Clair Peck Jr., vice president of Los Angeles YMCA, and John F. Cobb, chairman of the board of managers of the Mid-Valley YMCA. An open house will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday."
