Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the West Coast Imperial Theatre in Long Beach, 1926. The tall, Italianate-style building is pictured at center. To the left, a small marquee advertises "[J]ohn Barrymore. The Sea Beast". Farther right, a larger marquee reads "Marion Davies: 'Beverly of Graustark'. Fanchon & Marco's 'Dancelogue Idea'". The sidewalk in front appears slick and wet. Other legible signs include "Watch for Opening. Millinery" and "Popular Prices 5 cents, 7 cents, 10 cents".
