Description: This document from February 8, 1943, is the sixth "Bulletin" sent from the Sacramento Civilian Defense Council to its volunteer base during World War II. The document is part of the Mary A. Ribzinski subgroup in the Sally Zentner Family Papers, MC49. Ribzinski was a block plan leader during World War 2 and a nurse in the Mercy Hospital X-Ray department.
