Photograph of an exterior view of the Punta de Laguna adobe on the 4,000 acre Righitti Ranch near Betteravia, Santa Barbara County, 1937. A one story building with a sloped roof and a covered porch with archways can be seen at center. Plants grow along the wire fence that runs in front of the building, while trees can be seen in the right background. Hills are visible in the distance. Photoprint reads: "Righitti, who also owns Todas Santos Rancho, where he lives".
