Landscape view of a train moving along a curve in the railroad tracks in Chihuahua in 1983. The train consists of passenger cars. The 80's were considered to be the "lost decade" because of Mexico's debt crisis. This was due to the falling oil prices that left Mexico without foreign currencies to pay off its $80 billion debt. This in effect, increased high levels of unemployement, especially in rural areas. Vista del paisaje de un tren que se mueve a lo largo de una curva en las vías del ferrocarril en Chihuahua en 1983.
