Description
Two men carry the "Lion" in a Chinese parade as another participant walks beside them with a trident. Spectators stand in front of Sincere Imports as they watch the parade pass. Newpapers, bottom left, are for sell with headlines "Freak air mishap perils 600 children" and "Plane's prop perils Lakewood chilren". Photo caption reads: "Sze-Che, the magnificent lion, causes admiration from the multitude as it parades through the streets of New Chinatown in anniversary of the 47th Chinese Republic". Photo dated: Oct. 13, 1958.
