Photograph caption dated June 29, 1965 reads "Louis M. Dyer, right, 1964-65 president of the Encino Rotary Club, tells John Chesley about some of the problems he had during the year. Chesley, however, appears to take it all in fun at the group's annual installation dinner Friday night at Woodland Hills Country Club."
