Photograph (streetscape, horizontal photography) of the interior of Sacred Heart Church (the East Side Catholic Church), Sichel Street, Lincoln Heights, ca.1890. View up the aisle formed by about twenty-five rows of pews looking toward the altar. The ceiling is highly ornate. Some of the stained glass windows lining the walls are open.
