Photograph caption dated November 23, 1959 reads "Chris Latham, Sun Valley Junior High student president, and Paulette Charnak, A-9 student council representative, research for material for panel on 'Teenage Code' tomorrow evening at PTA session in school's auditorium. Standing by to assist are Gerald Burke, boys assistant principal, and Mrs. Frank Triest, PTA program chairman. Parents in area are invited to hear discussion on conduct rules compiled by students."
