Description
Cape worn by Festa Queen in Holy Ghost Festa Parade. Cape is a cream-colored and irridescent brocade fabric with cream taffeta lining. Outer shell of cape has an array of colored jewels at top part of cape. There are also glass bugle beads, sequins, seed beeds, and colored rhinestones in patterns along the back of the cape. Cape has cream fur edging, of unknown origin.
