Description
Nolden writes to Kean about letter from Elkins and Con. Solicitors on the topic of amnesty. Nolden gives Kean further instructions on the matter. Letter is creased, contains holes, and has the watermark of "JW Hatman 1829." Letter also contains handwritten notations.
