Description
Photograph caption dated March 23, 1964 reads, "Battles the mud - Victor Jamgochian, 9011 Larkstone Lane, Glendale, brandishes shovel as he fights muddy deluge in front of his hillside home in Chevy Chase area of Glendale. Firemen operating bulldozers helped Jamgochian and his neighbors clear away more than four feet of mud and debris which raced down hill in downpour."
