Photograph of two people sitting near the base of trees in an open field, Brown's Flats, [s.d.]. In the background at center, a man and a woman can be seen sitting near the trunks of several large trees. The man, on the left, appears to be reaching for a small object on the ground in front of him. The woman is seen grasping two objects in her hands. Behind the couple, at least six large trees can be seen extending to the top of the image. No branches are visible on the lower portions of the trunks, but a great amount of foliage is seen near the top of the image. In the extreme foreground, a large grassy field is visible extending far into the background. In the extreme background, a small hill full of vegetation ascends to the right. Description on photo sleeve reads: "Big Santa Anita Canyon above Sierra Madre, Brown's Flats near Wolfskill's Falls Camp". Description on photonegative reads: "Brown's Flats near Wolfskill Falls Camp".
