Description: A crowd of spectators watch as boys and some girls, sail their model yachts in the 11th Annual Model Yacht Regatta sponsored by The Evening Herald and Express, and held at Echo Park Lake. The young skippers competed for trophies, individual cups for victors in the various divisions and a perpetual cup for the school scoring the most points.
