Description: The chart shown here is named Bristol's Recorder, produced by the Bristol Co. of Waterbury, Conn. and used by the L.A. Deptl of Water and Power to measure the amount of water used. The times of the day (and night) can be seen printed around the rim of the chart. This chart indicates that water usage was pretty even for the entire 24 hours.
