Description: Through a loud speaker attached to a sound track, two strike leaders at the North American aircraft plant are shown giving pickets a talk as the strikers continued their walkout today. In Washington, the White House announced that if the strikers do not return to their jobs by Monday, the Army will take over the plant. C.I.O. leaders here, however, predicted that the walkout will be over by Monday. Photo dated: June 7, 1941.
