Photograph caption dated June 10, 1986 reads, "Firefighters survey the damage to Gladys Ouziel's car, which plunged off two-story parking garage, far left, and into Tujunga Wash in North Hollywood." Ouziel, 56 of North Hollywood, lost control of her Cadillac, crashed through two fences, swerved off of Magnolia Boulevard in the neighborhood of Sherman Village, and landed upside down in the wash. Ouziel, who suffered head injuries, was sent to St. Joseph Medical Center for treatment.
