Description
Autograph letter, written and signed by George Washington's secretary, signed Geo. Washington. Washington discusses the importance of an American victory in the battle for independence, including the importance of America's allies. He also discusses logistics regarding troops, ships, artillery, expeditions and various important geographical locations. Washington expresses his hope for Spain to join the American cause and its allies.
