Photograph caption dated May 3, 1957 reads "Fred Kubasak, president of St. Joseph Men's Club, goes over plans for Hollywood Bowl benefit which will be held June 28 with Valley actresses Ann Blyth and Penny Singleton. George Murphy will be emcee for program featuring top talent from American Guild of Variety Artists. Proceeds will go to St. Joseph Hospital."
