View looking north shows back service entrance to the two-story, stucco house with tile roof and chimney. A stone stairway is visible in foreground. Charles H. Cheney (1884-1943) was city planner for the Palos Verdes Project and served on the Palos Verdes Art Jury from its inception in 1922 through 1940.
