Photograph caption dated September 16, 1963 reads, "First Las Virgenes meter - From left, Gus Bivona, the honorary mayor of Woodland Hills; Myron McBride, manager of the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, and Ken Ketchie, director of the Meadow Oaks School, open Saturday the first water meter to be installed in a public or private building in the district, which is located just west of the Valley."
