Photograph article dated July 20, 1964 partially reads, "He smells of perfume, answers to the name of Honey and leaps seven feet high. Honey, a two-year old German shepherd with a coat like a collie's, is looking for a place to live. He arrived at the home of Mrs. Maryeloise McSweeney, 10891 Jamie St., Pacoima, last Sunday, sat down on the front porch and refused to leave. Honey is still on the front porch. Mrs. McSweeney, an avowed dog lover, already has three of her own - Mr. Casey, Dolly Doodles, and Skippy - and it is illegal for her to keep another." Photograph caption reads, "Vain dog - Honey, a stray dog found by Maryeloise McSweeney, Pacoima, likes to look at his own image in the mirror."
