Description
Letter and plot map showing Kodama's land under a lease agreement. Two tenants occupying the land-- Messrs. Shimoda and Yamaoka. Letter asks that he check the acreage and let the company know so they may create a new lease on the land. Land abudts 190th Street, the Pacific Electric Railroad and is west of Hawthorne Avenue.
