Description
Black crepe, zipper down back, side placket zipper has been removed, four inches below waist is band of four inch long fringe. Short sleeves with 1 1/2 cap over sleeve, "V" neck yoke gathered 4" below shoulder and 4" above waist. 22" ties inserted at waist side (tie in back) top extends 4 " over skirt. May have been worn as part of Frances Dainty performer costume.
