Apollophanes complains to Menches, Village Scribe of Kerkeosiris, that his plot of crown land had been flooded by his neighbor. This happened on the 20th of the Egyptian month Phaophi, the 5th year of Ptolemy IX Soter II (Nov. 8, 113 B.C.}
