Photograph caption dated December 7, 1963 reads "Reparable toys will be transformed into Christmas gifts for needy children by members of the board of deacons and deaconesses of the Congregational Church of Chimes, Van Nuys. Checking over toys to be repaired are, from left, Duncan Connell and Mrs. and Mr. Harold Sullwold Jr." The church, at 14115 Magnolia Boulevard, is actually in Sherman Oaks.
